The koopalings!!! Lemmy, Ludwig, Larry, Iggy, Roy, Morton, and Wendy. They are teh ultimate koopa kids. Children of bowser and ... um...? which brings me to the topic of this thread. Where is their mother!? any theories as to their origins? Did Bowser use some magic to create him some heirs to the koopa throne? Is Bowser really a him?! ARE THE KOOPALINGS ALIENS?!

I've heard somewhere that the Koopalings are really just clones of Bowser gone horribly, horribly wrong. (how does that explain Wendy, though? o_O)
Oh, and I've also heard theories that Peach was their mother.

The fact is, the Koopalings have no mother. Bowser needed kids, ergo, a bunch of kids appeared. Nintendo Power dealt with this topic a few years ago and claimed that, when questioned, Bowser merely roared, "I HAVE NO SON!"
It could be that Bowser, like a snail, has the physical attributes of one sex but can reproduce with himself or with others.

...riiiiight. Anyways, to try and raise this thread's IQ above seven...
Well, it could be Peach, but by the time you beat the game it hasn't been nine months so she must 'develop' fast. Very fast. like 15 hours to have, what, 7 kids? That's insane Peach. She must be a veteran...scary...
Or it could be that she had a kid each time she was kidnapped. That's much more feasible, but it still doesn't explain why she develops so fast.
The most probable answer? DAISY! From the First ( i think) mario game boy game, Diasy! The princess that forever eluded your attempts to rescue her and finally reappeared in mario party 5! That's it! Bowser's been cheating on peach!
alright i didn't succeed in my task to raise the IQ, but i answered the question didnt i?

::ahem:: And now it is the time of... me to look all cool diplaying my knowledge!
First is a theroy. I used to be a biiiig believer in the fact that their mother was a Koopa named "Clawdia". Of course, then I discovered that Clawdia was made up by the people of this website... But I have a more believeable one! 
Koopas, apparently, were regular turtles until one was geneticly experimented on (somehow). This turtle became the first Koopa, and came to be known as DAD. Now, the funny thing is, there is no record of a MOM beside DAD, but still the line of the Koopa has grown over decades.
Thus, Ryn is indefinatly correct in her statement...

Evidently, DAD reprodouced with himself, much like plants and tiny organisms do. Of course, I suppose there would always be the possibity of "Koopa Concubines"? xP

Edit: On second thought, maybe it was Kimi... Or whatever her name was... The little witch thing that was Bowser's lackey in Paper Mario.

Maybe Bowser is asexual like it was said before, and he lays eggs. ..But if he's asexual, then why do his 'children' have specific genders?
And that's the point. o_o No one wants to have children with Bowser... SO WHO DID?!

I think it's all part of Toad's plan for world domination. Toad will fool Bowser into thinking he's his concubine, and then, when the big koopa isn't looking, he'll.... do something violent! Yeah!
Toad isn't human, anyway. Maybe he can lay eggs!

That reminds me of a funny story...
I was playing Mario Kart at a friend's house, and in the next room was a friend of my friend's sister whose nickname was, inexplicably, Toad.
So I'm playing as Peach, and Toad blindsides me at Koopa Troopa beach, and I scream in anger (notknowing about the friend's sister's friend) "TOAD WILL DIE!!"
Poor little Toad ran crying to my friend's mom. It took twenty minutes to straighten things out.
In other news, I brought this up in my drama class, and my friend said that it was definitely Peach.
